Life & Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

Group life and AD&D insurance plans help protect your employees' families and loved ones against financial difficulties in the event of an employee's death. Most group life and AD&D benefits are based on a multiple (often 1x or 2x) of an employee's annual salary (sometimes includes bonus compensation for executive-level employees), or a flat benefit schedule based on employee classes, for example $50,000 for executives, $40,000 for middle management and $25,000 for all other employees. Group life plans can be designed as 100% employer-paid, voluntary (optional employee-paid) or executive carve-outs.
